New insurance for 2024?
It is very important that our office receive a copy of your new insurance card for 2024. If you have a new card for 2024 please call our office to update or records.
We are located in Avon on US Highway 36 between
"Dan Jones Road" and "SR 267".

Office hours are:
Monday 8:30 am- 5 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Thursday 8:30 am- 7 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Closed everyday for lunch 12pm-1pm

If you need to reach a doctor after regular business hours, just call the office and you will be connected to the physician on-call.

We offer same day sick appointments to our established patients.

Your child will always see a physician.

​Dr. Hensley can be reached after hours for "urgent medical needs".

Our office is designed with your children in mind. Colorful murals adorn the walls, and our staff will set them at ease.

Dr. Hensley now belongs to an independent pediatric on-call group that can be reached by calling our office and choosing option #2

The on-call pediatrician can discuss same day illness and injuries.

No prescription will be refilled by the pediatrician on-call.
